  • How to Reserve a Puppy

Due to our current work schedule, we can not ship air cargo at the present time. I can not get back from the airport in time to start work for the day. The cargo hold is no place for a puppy. We have had several bad experiences in the past with the airlines shipping cargo. We had a pup miss his connecting flight. The airlines took him to the city pound in Chicago and called the customer who drove 6 hours to pick up her puppy. We also had a couple of pups the airline didn't get to the correct city as well and spent way too long in the crate.

The airlines have raised the prices to the point that it is now better to ground ship. There are several ground shipping companies out there, easily found by an internet search. (Citizen Shipper is one example)

The ideal method is you drive to our house and pick up the pup. Many people make a weekend trip, tour Nashville and pick up the pup on the way back home. We get several people who fly in, pick up their pup and fly back with the pup as a carry-on as well.
